Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Production, Quality Assurance, Administration, and Marketing.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Sales Associates to understand all aspects of jobsHandle all aspects of painting projects after the point of saleManaging the production schedule and assign painters to projectsManaging customer communication after the saleEnsuring non-sales related aspects of projects are complete and ready for production, including assisting customers with color selection, HOA approvals, and other potential projects delaysDetermine quantity and order paint for projectsDetermine labor and material budgetsHand off jobs to painters when Sales Associates are not availableEnsure painters provide daily updates on current painting projectTrack paint, materials, equipment, painter hours and purchases. Cost jobs and bill customersPerform quality assurance site visits. Ensure job sites are clean and painters are properly brandedCreate superfans and generate referralsHandle customer call backs and complaintsSchedule and assign warrantiesAssist with recruiting painters, carpenters, stucco masons and other relevant tradesGeneral office dutiesQualifications and SkillsCurrent driver's license and reliable transportation and valid insurance.
