This role is an exciting opportunity to make a huge impact at a fast-growing ecommerce company from the ground up.OverviewReporting to the Head of Brand & Creative, the Marketing Coordinator will play a hands-on role supporting both the Marketing and Creative teams. This is a highly collaborative position with opportunities to contribute across social media, content capture, brand partnerships, events, photoshoots, campaign execution, and a variety of day-to-day brand initiatives. It's an ideal role for someone eager to learn how a fast-growing consumer brand operates. This position is based in San Francisco (we are currently hybrid and come into the office twice a week).ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support:Support the Marketing Manager with event planning and prep, including logistics, coordination, product pulls, packing, on-site set-up, and day-of support.Assist with brand partnerships and relationship management with influencers and community partners through outreach, communication, follow-up and gifting coordination.Coordinate shipping logistics and track deliveries for marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, gifting initiatives, and product launches.Assist with general marketing administration, project coordination, and cross-functional tasks to help campaigns and initiatives run smoothly.Creative Support:Assist with photoshoot preparation, including pulling, steaming, organizing, and packing product.Support photoshoots on set, helping with product organization, styling support and general production assistance.Partner with our Graphic Designer to coordinate product samples for e-commerce and lifestyle photography.Organize and tag creative assets in Air to keep the library searchable and up to date.Influencer Marketing & Product Seeding:Implement end-to-end creator outreach and product seeding, including outreach, contracts, product fulfillment, campaign tracking, and content collection.Coordinate product gifting and paid partnerships through ShopMy, including order placement, fulfillment tracking, and delivery.Maintain campaign trackers and monitor partnership progress from creator selection through content completion.Partner with internal teams to ensure creators receive the appropriate products, messaging, and timelines.Upload creator content into our asset management system and accurately tag associated products.Partnerships & Community Management:Respond to inbound inquiries and coordinate collaborations with brands, organizations, and community partners.Coordinate charitable partnerships, product donations, and gift card requests, ensuring fulfillment aligns with brand values and approved timelines.What We're Looking For:1-2 years of marketing, brand, social media, or related experience, ideally at a DTC, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, pet, or consumer brand.Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.A proactive self-starter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly, and relationship-oriented approach.Excited to learn, open to feedback, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing and creative.Comfortable balancing both creative and operational work from packing products for a photoshoot to coordinating influencer campaigns.Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Air, ShopMy, Google Workspace, or project management platforms is a plus, but not required.You represent The Foggy Dog brand in a thoughtful, friendly, and customer-first way.Bonus: You're a devoted dog parent who understands and genuinely connects with our dog-obsessed community!Compensation and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive package including:Salary range of $50-55K depending on experience.Medical, dental and vision insurance.401(k) with matching.Paid vacation, holidays and sick leave.Generous product allowance.The ability to bring your dog to work (please do!).To Apply:To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io with "Marketing Coordinator" in the subject line.
