What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill, package, and label products accurately according to production standards

• Operate, monitor, and adjust filling, sealing, and packaging equipment

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance

• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance checks, and minor adjustments

• Record production and quality data accurately

• Load packaging materials and keep production lines running efficiently

• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures at all times

• Assist with ingredient mixing and precise measurements as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Identify and report product or equipment issues to support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✔ At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or a related environment

✔ Experience working on production lines or in packaging operations

✔ Ability to operate filling, packaging, or production equipment

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately, including small quantities

✔ Understanding of quality inspections and process checks

✔ Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and GMP standards

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with filling machines, weigh stations, or sealing equipment

⭐ Experience in food, supplement, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing

⭐ Experience mixing ingredients or preparing production batches

⭐ Ability to maintain accurate production records and documentation

⭐ Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly encouraged)

⭐ Willingness to sign an NDA related to proprietary manufacturing processes

Schedule & Work Environment

Shift

Sunday – Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Training Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (2–4 weeks of paid training)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
