Construction Dispatcher & Operations Coordinator (Growth to Office Manager)
Silver State Gates is a fast-growing leader in automated gate systems and perimeter security. We are seeking a sharp, proactive Dispatcher & Operations Coordinator to run our daily office logistics, schedule field technicians, and keep projects moving on time.Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch & Routing: Build and manage daily schedules for field crews and technicians to maximize productivity and minimize drive time.
- Customer Intake & Follow-up: Answer inbound service requests, qualify leads, schedule estimates, and keep clients updated on job status.
- Permitting & Documentation: Coordinate city/county permit applications, track inspection schedules, and maintain project documentation.
- Billing & Operations: Track active jobs, process invoices, handle payment collections, and support management with weekly operations reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or office administration (construction or trade service experience highly preferred).
- Strong computer literacy: experience with CRM/dispatch software, Google Workspace, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal communication and high emotional intelligence when dealing with clients and field crews.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hour, depending on experience
