Enterprise Account Executive (West) About my Client: My client is a high-growth healthcare technology business using AI to transform medical coding, revenue cycle management (RCM), and healthcare revenue operations. Its cloud-based platform offers a comprehensive suite of RCM products and services, helping healthcare providers improve coding accuracy, operational efficiency, and reimbursement outcomes. My client has been recognized as a leading vendor in its niche for 2025 and 2026, with a broad portfolio of solutions designed to support the full RCM lifecycle. About the role: My client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business across the Western US, targeting mid-market and large healthcare providers, particularly hospitals and hospital groups. This is a hunter-focused role, with responsibility for developing an assigned territory, building a strong pipeline from scratch, and winning new enterprise customers. You will target hospital systems and independent or rural hospitals, engaging senior stakeholders and developing relationships within the healthcare market. The initial point of contact will typically be the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, with purchasing decisions potentially involving a wider value analysis committee (VAC). The role requires a strong local market presence, including attending industry events, hosting customer dinners and sporting events, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Candidates should be based within their territory and comfortable with regional travel. Key responsibilities / What you will be doing: Identify, prospect, and acquire net-new hospital and healthcare provider customers across your assigned Western territory, using outbound prospecting, networking, local events, dinners and strategic relationship-building. Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline, working towards ambitious new business and revenue targets while developing coverage across an underserved market. Navigate complex hospital purchasing processes, engaging revenue cycle leaders and other stakeholders to demonstrate the value of my client's comprehensive RCM solutions. Manage large, consultative sales opportunities, typically ranging from $400K–$800K, with sales cycles generally lasting 3–12 months depending on deal complexity. Qualifications / Requirements: 5–12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, healthcare technology sales, RCM or a closely related field. A proven track record of hunting and closing net-new enterprise customers, ideally within healthcare technology, SaaS, RCM, or the hospital market. Experience selling complex, high-value solutions into US healthcare providers, with an understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations and enterprise purchasing processes. Strong prospecting, pipeline development, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - you need to be motivated and experienced with GOOD TENURE (2.5+ Years in most jobs you've had) You are based in the West (Your territory will be local to where you reside e.g. TX / ID / WA/ OR / CO / AZ / NV etc.) Compensation: Base salary: $160,000. Commission: $150,000 at target. On-target earnings (OTE): $310,000 total annual compensation, comprising base salary and target commission. Deal sizes: $400K–$800K, sales cycles: 3–12 months depending on deal complexity.
