Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. All positions start off part‑time.
