We're looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our elevated casual American restaurant and help create an experience that guests genuinely want to return to.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that great restaurants are about more than excellent food and smooth operations. Heartfelt hospitality is at the center of everything we do. We're looking for a leader who genuinely enjoys taking care of people — our guests and our team — and who understands that the small details, personal connections, and sincere gestures are what turn a good meal into a memorable experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant with a strong focus on hospitality, service, and consistency.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels recognized, valued, and genuinely cared for.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, clear expectations, accountability, and leading by example.
• Foster a culture where hospitality comes naturally and team members take pride in taking care of one another and our guests.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, labor, inventory, and other operational responsibilities.
• Monitor financial performance and work toward achieving sales, labor, and profitability goals.
• Be present and engaged on the floor, anticipating guest needs and supporting the team during service.
• Build relationships with regular guests and become a familiar, trusted presence within the restaurant and community.
• Partner with ownership and leadership to continually improve the restaurant and its guest experience.

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in a quality-focused restaurant.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people.
• A deep understanding of heartfelt hospitality — the ability to make guests feel welcome, seen, and appreciated without making the experience feel forced or transactional.
• A confident, thoughtful leader who can inspire a team while holding people accountable.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, positive presence, particularly during busy and challenging services.
• Someone who leads from the floor and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• A growth mindset and a desire to build something special with the team.
