ARRT CT Scan Technologist - Full Time
MLR Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Scan Technologist to join a dynamic team at a rapidly growing inpatient acute-care hospital near Irving, TX. This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position offering a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Position Overview:
- Role: Permanent, full-time CT Scan Technologist
- Location: Inpatient acute-care hospital near Irving, TX
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform high-quality CT scans to provide precise diagnostic information for medical evaluations.
- Patient Care: Prepare and guide patients through the CT scan process, ensuring comfort and accurate positioning for optimal imaging.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and adjust advanced CT equipment to capture the best diagnostic images, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed patient records in line with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Flexible Shift Options:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Tuesday-Thursday: 2:30 PM - 3:00 AM
- Friday-Sunday: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday-Sunday: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Certification: ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required.
- Licensure: Active Texas Medical Board (TMB) license.
- BLS Certification: Required prior to start date.
- Experience: 1+ year of CT scan technology experience preferred.
