The Support Specialist will primarily work from our office near 04101, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. They will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background, be detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills. The Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
