Registered Nurse, LD SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months skills checklist within 12 mos reference dated within 12 mos for job worked within 5 yrs RN: Fetal monitoring, maternal assessments/interventions, high risk newborns/mothers post-delivery, cervical exams for labor progression, OB triage, able to assist with circulating c-sections, primary nurse for vaginal deliveries, assist with procedures, post-partum, L&D recoveries
