We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll lead the Los Angeles Market team, reporting directly to the division director. You'll manage a group of branch managers and financial advisors across this market acting as a coach on all aspects of their roles.Your skills and experience• ideally 12-15 years of experience with a leading financial institution proven leadership experience in the industry • FINRA Registrations: Series 3 (where applicable) Series 7, 66, 9, and 10• life and Health Insurance license• motivated, self-directed and driven• skilled at creating a positive business culture• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
