Front of House Manager

Job Summary Flagship Culinary Services is hiring a Front of House Manager to support employee cafés for our client, the largest social media company in the world. This role manages Front of House teams in multiple cafés, provides customer service to clients and guests, and supports kitchen staff as needed. Pay Rate $78,000 to $88,000 per year Job Perks and Benefits Monday‑Friday schedule, weekends off 11 paid holidays Full medical, vision and dental coverage Competitive pay 401(k) with employer match On‑job training to progress in career Free meals and snacks during shift Essential Functions Customer Service – serve as ambassador, provide courteous, fast assistance, accommodate requests and special needs. Manage – oversee Front of House teams, schedule shifts, performance reviews, investigations, terminations; coordinate duties; handle employee relation issues; work with HR. Hire – collaborate with staffing recruiter to select and hire appropriate staff. Report – create operational checklists; prepare daily manager’s report highlighting staff issues, equipment repairs, inventory, training needs. Communicate – interact with vendors, management, staff to ensure efficient operations. Train – develop and deliver training program, coach and discipline staff per company and kitchen policies. Safety – enforce safety, sanitation, OSHA, HACCP, Department of Public Health guidelines; ensure team follows procedures. Knowledge and Skills Excellent customer service skills and reliability Strong communication, multi‑tasking, problem‑solving skills Sense of urgency and ability to work safely Proven success in a previous management role Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum 5 years experience in food or customer service role Front of House Manager must have and maintain an active Food Handlers Card, as required by the California Health Department About Flagship Culinary Services Flagship Culinary Services delivers high‑quality dining experiences for employees and visitors, focusing on local, organic ingredients and customized food concepts.
