Program Administrator

Coordinate and execute tactical details for managed-program launches and ongoing operations Support Account Services Managers in maintaining client relationships Partner with the field sales organization and internal account teams Develop and execute program and client collateral Support web initiatives, site-sale preparation, and kitting fulfillment projects Communicate detailed program requirements Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication across departments and support teams Requirements 1-2 years of related experience in account support, project management, merchandising, program development, marketing, or a related business area Strong written and verbal business communication skills Ability to work effectively across internal teams, external stakeholders, and support functions Ability to manage multiple projects, organize details, meet deadlines, and apply strong project management practices Developing strategic business acumen, including marketing strategy, proactive ideation, profitability awareness, and analytical skills Solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience supporting sales teams and using databases to access customer, sales, program, or account information Ability to support site-sale preparation and kitting fulfillment projects A collaborative, customer-focused approach and ability to build productive working relationships Professional judgment and accountability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Core Competencies Demonstrates strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain client relationships.
