Job Description

Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Sarasota, FL

Schedule : 8am - 5pm

Patient Volume: 20-30 Patients

Age groups of patients : Adults

Key Responsibilities

Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
Diagnose and establish individualized patient treatment plans.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Communicate with collaborating physicians and specialists regarding patient care.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensed RN/APRN required.
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
LEAD mentality is a must.
Experience in long-term care and home health preferred.
Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
