POSITIONS: Latchkey Aide (multiple positions available) LOCATION: Oakwood Elementary School Portland Public Schools seeks innovative and passionate individuals who will provide a safe, fun, educational and creative environment for students attending the before and/or after school program as a Latchkey Aide. Qualifications In accordance with Michigan Child Care laws, at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a Michigan Public Schools background check Ability to pass a State of Michigan Licensing background check Experience working with preschool and elementary age children Either posses or willingness to posses the following training: CPR and First Aid Certified Proof of Bloodborne Pathogens Training Must be willing to complete 12 hours of training Responsibilities Supervise and support student(s) attending the before and after school program Apply rules in a consistent, fair, and positive manner.
