Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Nights

NaphCare is hiring a strong Registered Nurse / RN - Full Time Nights to join our team at the Middlesex County Jail located in North Brunswick, NJ. Come learn correctional healthcare as you use our cutting-edge resources, including our award-winning electronic operating system.

*This position will work two 6-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift a week nights and evenings (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).*

*Requirements: Active, unrestricted RN license and valid CPR card

Position Description:

• Take and document all patient history and vital signs
• Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures, patient assessments, examinations and/or treatment
• Initiate and document prescribed protocol agreement
• Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility
• Observe and evaluate the performance of the licensed practical/vocational nursing staff
