Volt is immediately hiring for a Securities Operations Analyst (Entry-Level)in Plano, TX.

As a  Securities Operations Analyst, you will:

• Process stock transfers, issuances, and other securities transactions
• Support corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and offerings
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, DTCC)
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation
• Assist with client inquiries and provide professional customer support
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

This is a  full-time, temp to hire  opportunity. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• Backgrounds in paralegal, legal assistant, or compliance are highly transferable, as this role involves heavy documentation, accuracy, and regulatory-focused work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
