Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements. Job type: full time Per diem and overtime opportunities Paid on-the-job technical and professional growth opportunities Established career path for future advancement 401k and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plans Life & Disability Insurance plans Financial wellness program Employee assistance program Employee discount programs Essential Duties Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary Review and interpret client-issued punch list items against original design drawings and as-built documentation to identify discrepancies and required corrective actions Coordinate field crews to remediate incomplete or non-conforming construction in accordance with client specifications and design intent Conduct site walks to verify scope of punch list items, document existing conditions, and develop accurate field correction plans Track punch list item status from identification through final client acceptance, maintaining up-to-date closeout logs Communicate daily progress and field findings to project management and client representatives to ensure alignment and timely resolution Ensure all remediation work meets quality standards prior to requesting client re-inspection or sign-off Coordinate with locating services, permitting authorities, and utility owners as required to support rework activities Support project closeout activities including as-built redlines, photo documentation, and final acceptance walkthroughs Key Qualifications Experience in outside plant (OSP) fiber/broadband construction preferred High school Diploma or equivalent Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills Must hold a valid Driver’s License Physical activity for the role includes: Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Travel as needed between job site and office Walking for long periods, on variable terrain Sitting and standing for long periods Repeated lifting up to 50 lbs.
