Sr. Graphic Designer, Image + Motion

Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer, Image + Motion. This position requires a seasoned creative with solid project management skills, capable of guiding and mentoring a potential team of internal and external designers, videographers, animators, and illustrators to ensure the punctual delivery of top-tier creative assets. The Sr. Graphic Designer, Image + Motion will collaborate closely with the Creative Studio team to refine and advance our existing design language, effectively implementing it across various projects, products, and platforms. Additionally, the person in this role will design independently and actively contribute to producing different creative assets, including day-to-day marketing needs. Responsibilities Act as a key conduit across cross-functional teams (including design, product development, digital, brand comms, etc.) to create, visualize and execute brand and digital communications and materials Act as in-house video shooter for various needs including ecommerce video, BTS, brand storytelling moments Edit video assets created by the team or external partners, when needed Research new trends and techniques, platforms, tools and talent Work closely with Sr. Director, Creative Studio to update collaborators document to track talent and potential partners Concept and storyboard brand narratives and treatments for digital content for social platforms Collaborate closely with brand communications and social media team to align creative assets with social strategies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and maximizing engagement Lead paid social media initiatives in partnership with the digital team Oversee the creative strategy, development, and execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and emerging channels Update website content and work with teams in planning content strategy, layouts and design for e-mail newsletters, social media and special projects Design, develop and manage all brand collateral in both print and digital including but not limited to look books, invitations, packaging, seasonal graphics, corporate reports and presentations Develop the overall layout and production design for all advertisement platforms Create and prepare print-ready mechanical files Manage and maintain image archive and branding collateral and distribution of all print and digital assets for publication Support VP, Brand & Sr. Producer to liaise with photo studios and photographers on format specifications and provide retouching comments + directors and editors on editing comments Work with teams to develop responsive design strategies to enhance over-all customer experience Manage product imagery for sales needs (including upload and updates to Joor) Support Creative Studio team on campaign, content, flats, commercial photo shoots from start to finish (responsibilities could include: concept, budget management, casting, production support, on-site execution, editing/retouching, etc.) Your Experience 6+ years of experience Innate understanding of the brands aesthetic Must have an eye for the big picture and the ability to connect the dots Consistent ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize when working on multiple simultaneous projects Very strong typographic skills and attention to detail Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Expert knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AfterEffects, and CaptureOne Professional photo editing, retouching, and editing skills Advanced experience of Shopify and CMS platforms to upload and manage content Advanced experience of file formatting and preparing files to print Understanding of cross browser/device compatibility and usability for web Must be relentlessly curious and a collaborative spirit creating a culture of insight and innovation; appreciating different perspectives Must be willing to roll up sleeves and do the work, when needed Salary: $100,000-$120,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr SBH Fashion
