Summary
The Selling Advisor provides exceptional customer service, builds lasting client relationships, and drives sales in the Gift Galleries. This role develops product and brand knowledge and collaborates with vendor partners to create sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Use effective selling behaviors and exceed sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a clientele base.
- Build knowledge of the brands and products offered.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on consultative selling, store events, and client development.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales success and a client-focused approach.
- Goal-driven, hardworking, and confident, with a record of exceeding goals.
- Knowledge of and passion for fashion.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute a distinctive perspective.
