CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Overview We’re looking for a seasoned construction professional with a strong legacy in the power industry someone who brings at least a decade of hands-on experience building and shaping major power projects. This role calls for a leader who has spent a of 5 years guiding and inspiring craft labor teams, ensuring projects move forward with precision, safety, and excellence. As a key pillar of our field leadership, this individual will provide clear daily direction, mentorship, and oversight to the project’s General Foremen, driving teamwork, problem-solving, and high-performance execution across the site. Qualifications & Competencies 10 years of construction experience within the power industry. 5 years of direct craft labor leadership experience on power construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, power industry work practices, and multi-discipline coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage large craft teams in a fast-paced, schedule-critical environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
