AssuranceAmerica, the premiere provider of nonstandard auto products, is seeking a radically innovative Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Associate Product Manager — Commercial Auto As an Associate Product Manager for Commercial Auto, you will be at the forefront of transforming the insurance landscape. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing AI and ML-driven products and services that will set new industry standards. Your mission is to leverage your educational background and skills to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the auto insurance sector. This hybrid position is based in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Atlanta office, as relocation assistance is not available for this role. At this time, AssuranceAmerica is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this position. Role Details Product Development: Design, develop, and launch AI-driven products that optimize pricing, underwriting, claims, and customer experience and meet regulatory requirements. Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business goals and customer needs. Pricing and Profitability: Utilize your AI and ML expertise to extract actionable insights from vast amounts of data, facilitating data-driven decisions and continuous improvement to maintain product viability and ensure products are competitive and profitable. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, IT, Claims, and Customer Service/Underwriting to ensure successful delivery of products. About You A visionary that conceptualizes grand and innovative ideas while keeping focus on the bigger picture. A disruptive thinker with a pioneering spirit unafraid to take calculated risks. Required Master’s degree in a STEM related field with a concentration in AI and/or ML. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Physical Requirements Extended periods sitting at a workstation using a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds at a time is required. Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises.
