Supply Chain Admin - 2 Administrative Assistant Contract - June 5, 2026 - New Albany, Ohio We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin – 2 to ensure seamless logistics operations. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, tracking shipments, organizing documents, and supporting administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Accurately process invoices and monitor Bills of Lading (BOL) for trucking shipments Scan, organize, and maintain digital files efficiently Coordinate material transfers and support supply chain activities Assist the OCTG Specialist and handle general administrative tasks Qualifications Oil & Gas industry experience preferred but not required Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Strong analytical and mathematical skills High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus Self‑motivated, detail-focused, and able to work independently Excellent communication and multitasking abilities What We Offer Growth opportunities within the supply chain field Supportive team environment Competitive salary and benefits If you're a go-getter with top-tier Excel skills ready to make an impact, apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
