You'll lead market growth efforts, guide revenue strategy execution, mentor and develop sales professionals, and build strong partnerships that contribute to long-term success.OUR IDEAL AREA DIRECTOR OF SALESBachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of hotel sales leadership experienceDemonstrated success in revenue growth and strategic account managementExperience managing budgets, forecasting, and hotel revenue systemsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to travel regularly throughout the assigned Utah marketRegional or multi-property hospitality sales management experience, Marriott, Hilton, or similar-branded hotel systems experience, and advanced sales leadership or revenue management certifications are preferred.ABOUT USWestern States Lodging & Management was founded on the moral principles and traditional family values we learned growing up.
