In this role, you’ll help ensure our HR systems are configured correctly, running smoothly, and delivering the data and insights our teams rely on every day.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working behind the scenes to make systems more efficient. Your work will play a key role in helping employees and leaders access accurate information and a seamless HR experience. The role offers an annual salary rate of $93,659, adjusted proportionally to reflect the 8-month term of the position.________________________________________What You’ll DoYou’ll partner with HR and other teams to support system updates, improve processes, and keep things running effectively during a time of change.In this role, you will:Support system implementation projects, with a focus on configuration, testing, and stabilizationMaintain and update HR system settings to ensure accuracy and functionalityConfigure Workday and support ongoing enhancements.Identify ways to improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiencyCreate and update reports to support business needs and ensure complianceTroubleshoot system issues and help resolve them quicklyProvide guidance and support to HR staff and other users on system-related questionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with organizational needs________________________________________What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, while also understanding the people side of HR. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or3.
