Job Description

Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring on behalf of Family Dollar for full-time CDL-A SOLO Drivers based out of Odessa, TX for a dedicated local account.

Route Details:

Dedicated fleet is hiring CDL-A Drivers.
Average weekly miles of 2,000+
Delivery locations to Eastern Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Southern Nevada, Southern Utah, and Southern Colorado.
2-3 loads per week
2-6 stops per load
Drivers hand unload dry freight using gravity rollers
Additional pay for every unload
Home-Weekly
Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly
Drive top of the line automatic transmission trucks with Tandem-Axle Sleeper trucks pulling 53' dry van trailers.

Benefits of a CDL A Truck Driver:

Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
Top Weekly Pay: $1,700
Average Annual Pay: $78,000
Top Annual Pay: $88,400
Weekly Pay & Home Time
Trucks can be taken home - Drivers will coordinate with the account manager for secure truck parking
Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
Ability to work nights, evenings, and early mornings
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
Must meet all DOT requirements, including physical, background check, and drug screen
Must maintain a clean and safe driving record
Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-service-oriented
Must be able to safely operate in mountain driving environments
