Position/Specialty: MS/Tele RN Shift: 3x12s, Nights, 18:45-07:15 Ratios: 1:5-6 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend On-Call Requirement: No Will float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes Required years of experience: 2 years First-timers accepted: Yes Certifications required: BLS and ACLS; NIH preferred Patient care details: Interdisciplinary support: Includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics Daily census: 36 Patient diagnoses: Includes Diabetes, Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Seizures, Cerebrovascular Accident, Transient Ischemic Attack, and Chronic Respiratory Disease Special procedures/unit details: Not specified Special equipment: Not specified All travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or extended assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September. Note: All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Candidates with more than 7 days of requested time off may require additional approval. Travelers should ensure compliance with all pre-start requirements. Completion of all required documentation is expected prior to the proposed start date.
