Patient Care Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care services, including appointments and other medical procedures
Manage and maintain PAR levels to ensure efficient supply chain management
Place orders for central supplies and ensure timely delivery
Maintain organized and well-stocked supply rooms to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective patient care services
Accurately record and report patient data and supply inventory levels
Participate in budgeting and ordering scheduling to optimize resources

Education and Experience:
experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or Central Supply Clerk preferred.
