QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm or Insurance Company a MUST. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc. a MUST. - Experience with any Legal Management Software is Preferred. - Bilingual is Preferred. DUTIES: - Draft Summons and Complaints, Bill of Particulars, Settlement Packets, RJI, Subpoena, HIPPA, Discovery Responses and Demands. - Answer calls. - Maintain Personal Legal Calendar and Tasks at all times. - Assist Attorneys.
