Senior Workday Manager
SystemsAccountants Inc
Lead the design and architecture of scalable Workday solutions across Compensation, Time/Leave, and Payroll Serve as the primary Workday SME, translating business requirements into effective configurations and enhancements Lead and oversee consultants, providing direction and quality assurance Own planning and delivery of Workday projects and enhancements end-to-end Drive process improvements and automation to improve efficiency and user experience Ensure Workday solutions comply with data governance, audit, and legal requirements Coordinate cross-functional teams to support successful integration and adoption Stay current on Workday releases and best practices to maximize platform value Required Qualifications 6+ years of combined configuration experience across Compensation, Time, and Payroll Deep hands-on Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation expertise Experience managing and delivering complex Workday projects and enhancements Experience managing and developing direct reports Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr SystemsAccountants
