**MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.** Concrete Foreman Straight Edge Contractors LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crews on commercial and civil construction projects throughout the El Paso area. Position Summary: The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while meeting our quality expectations. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a concrete crew on commercial and civil construction projects. Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members. Coordinate with project managers and superintendents. Layout concrete work using proper surveying and measuring techniques. Oversee excavation, subgrade preparation, forming, reinforcing steel placement, and concrete placement. Ensure proper finishing techniques and curing procedures are followed. Operate equipment when necessary, including skid steers, excavators, loaders, and forklifts. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Train, mentor, and motivate crew members. Complete daily reports, production logs, and communicate project progress. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman leading a crew. Strong knowledge of: Concrete forming systems. Reinforcing steel installation. Concrete placement and finishing. Sidewalks, curb & gutter, ADA ramps, driveways, foundations, slabs, and structural concrete. Ability to read blueprints and construction plans. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage schedules and meet production goals. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
