Senior Consultant, Process Automation

Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring high quality consulting, advisory and project management services. Participate in the development and execution of service offerings and project methodologies. Lead or assist in developing technical automation and integration solutions for client projects. Execute implementation strategies, business requirements analysis, and solution architecture. Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Develop and maintain custom tools and software facilitating solution development. Project management, timeline and resource coordination. Developing and maintaining documentation including deployment guides, functional specifications, installation checklists, Issue Tracking sheets, etc. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements Highly self‑motivated with an exceptional ability to multi‑task and able to work independently with little supervision. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, Appian, Mendix, or similar). Web Application Development Experience (2 ‑ 4+ Years). Knowledge and experience with relational databases. Experience with Cloud data integration. Microsoft Certification(s) preferred. Computer Science degree a plus. Big 4 Consulting or similar experience preferred. Legal industry &/or law firm experience preferred. Compensation The Compensation range for this role is 95,000 to 130,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors: Location-based market rate for the role, Your abilities in relation to the job specification, Performance during screening and interview, Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
