Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients with substance use disorders.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.

Requirements:

Must hold a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) license.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction counseling or related field.

Strong understanding of substance abuse treatment modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client confidentiality.

Knowledge of community resources and referral processes.

Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings if required.
