RN Emergency Room Flow Facilitator

HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Emergency Room Flow Facilitator to optimize patient throughput in our fast-paced ED. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow from triage through discharge or admission, monitor acuity and bed availability, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support teams to reduce wait times and enhance patient safety. You will support rapid triage, reassessment, and escalation for high‑risk patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and hospital policies. As part of a culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and learning, you will contribute to quality improvement efforts and mentor staff on best practices in emergency care, helping improve outcomes for the communities we serve.
