The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and will be involved in intellectual property strategy, patent preparation, and prosecution for innovative life sciences clients. The role can be based in Boston, New York, or fully remote. Key responsibilities include drafting patent applications, preparing responses to office actions, and conducting legal research.
