Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Deliver therapy in various formats, including individual, group, and family sessions, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to the client's specific needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring timely support and referral to appropriate resources when necessary. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client progress records including treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in line with professional standards. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental wellness issues, available treatments, and community resources, advocating for clients' needs when necessary. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops and lectures to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy. \n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
