Forklift Operator 2nd shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Location: Sugar Land, TX

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $18.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Support inbound and outbound schedules by operating packing and production equipment
• Load and unload materials, pallets, and crates from trailers and storage areas
• Pick, pack, inspect, and move products throughout the facility
• Transport palletized materials to designated locations
• Stack and store loads according to inventory control procedures
• Use RF scanners and warehouse technology as required
• Complete documentation accurately and report maintenance needs
• Follow safety policies and report hazards or issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet production, quality standards, and work effectively within a team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of forklift operating experience
• RF scanner experience preferred
• OSHA forklift certification or documented experience preferred
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Able to follow detailed instructions and learn multiple functions
• Effective team communication and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Proficient in English; Spanish-speaking ability preferred in some markets

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance
• Use hands for handling materials and equipment frequently
• Perform physical movements like reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Sufficient vision to operate equipment safely, including peripheral and depth perception
