Prior manufacturing experience not required; a strong work ethic and teamwork are essential. Duties may include mixing, weighing/scaling, packaging, or supplying production lines. All roles require reliability and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Job Duties and Responsibilities Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination. Supply production lines as needed. Place products accurately on lines, in containers, boxes, or pallets. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform additional duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of or willingness to learn GMP. Basic math skills. Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures. Reading and writing in English preferred. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 18 years of age. Manufacturing environment: exposure to machines, noise levels, varied temperatures. Team‑oriented: communicate respectfully and professionally. Availability for overtime and shift work. Physical Requirements Stand and work with hands for the duration of the shift. Lift at least 25 pounds. Work in environments that may be very cold or very warm. Starting Pay: $17.10/hr. Shift differential available for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities.
