Final Inspector

Final InspectorOur client, a medical devices/healthcare company, is looking for a final inspector for their Jacksonville, FL location. Responsibilities include performing and documenting final inspections to established procedures, conducting device history review processes to established procedures, performing product identification measurements to established print requirements, verifying product label information and contents to appropriate specifications, organizing and reporting final inspection results, exercising assigned responsibility for on-the-job training of less qualified personnel, and communicating with manufacturing cell members, manufacturing management, and engineers concerning product and documentation defects.Requirements include the ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, engineering specifications, and inspection documents, the ability to communicate technical information both verbally and written, vision correctable to 20/20, the ability to lift in the 40 pound range, the ability to work in a clean room environment, demonstrated ability to use micrometers and calipers, demonstrated ability to use shop math techniques, the following demonstrated computer skills-JDE, Synquest, MS Excel, MS Word, and a high school diploma or equivalent.Why should you apply?
