Construction Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager <\/b> to oversee and manage the commercial side of the front office <\/b> for our construction operations. This role is leadership -focused and responsible for managing sales strategy, client relationships, and internal coordination across commercial and residential projects.

Requirements <\/h3>
<\/p>
• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field (Construction Management, Business Administration or Marketing)
<\/div>
• 5+ years experience in construction sales (commercial and/or residential)
<\/div>
• 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director
<\/div>
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
<\/div>
• Proven ability to manage a structured sales team (not commission -only)
<\/div>
• Experience coordinating with operations, estimating, and project management
<\/div>
• Ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales reporting
<\/div>
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
<\/div>
