• Monday - Friday schedule with 40-hour work week
• Only 28 patient-facing hours required; remaining time for records and paperwork
• 4-day work week may be negotiated
• 18 - 20 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• On-site lab, x-ray, physical therapy, and behavioral health services
• Multiple specialties on site for comprehensive patient care in one location
• Practice on the shores of Lake Michigan within a large health care system
• Board-certified family medicine physicians encouraged to apply; PGY-3 residents considered
