Position Summary & Responsibilities Position Summary… What you’ll do… Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring associate compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns through listening and consultation, determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve them. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company procedures, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Salary Range The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional Compensation Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Stock Minimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
