Freezer Material Handler

Join the Warehouse area of our Bakery as a Freezer Material Handler where you will be trained to accurately select and load our Bakery products to be shipped to our retail stores. Prior order selector, power pallet jack, and narrow aisle reach lift experience is a plus.

Work Schedule: Sunday through Saturday with rotating days off working 1:30pm to 11:30pm (potential for mandatory overtime)

Qualifications:

• Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
• Basic math aptitude
• Read/understand/interpret numbers
• Willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks
• Work in a fast paced production environment
• Work in a noisy environment frequently
• Work in -20 90+ degree F temperatures
• Work well alone/with others
• Accurate/detail oriented; work in a safety conscious environment

Physical requirements: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; kneel/squat occasionally; lift/carry 30 pounds to 82 inches frequently; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally.

Benefits:

• Starting rate of pay: $19.53 per hour (additional premiums - Freezer Premium of $1.00 per hour and Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour for part of the shift)
• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
• A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
