The role focuses heavily on gathering requirements, facilitating communication across global teams, tracking project progress, and supporting the delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and business insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with sales, finance, and operational teams while translating business needs into actionable requirements for technical resources. Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills are critical in this fast-paced Agile environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to gather reporting and analytics requirements. Translate business requests into clear requirements and user stories for data and technical teams. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communications. Track project milestones and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies. Support the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog discussions, and sprint planning sessions. Work with global teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Develop executive-ready presentations and status updates using PowerPoint and Excel.
