We have a tremendous opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. YOUR PRACTICE 1-on-1 Time: Up to one hour for evaluations and 30 minutes for follow-ups. No double-booking. Support System: Skilled PT Aides to lead exercises and modern Prompt EMR that makes documentation fast and easy. Work-Life Integration: Dedicated administrative time built into your day so you can leave on time. Diverse Caseload: Treat everyone from young athletes and "weekend warriors" to active elders. THE NEW GRAD LAUNCHPAD Structured Mentorship: Weekly, individual-based scheduled sessions for your first 7–8 months. Always Learning: Monthly in-services, hosted classes, and a team with 1 to 30 years of experience to learn from. Clear Career Path: Direct opportunities for clinical certifications, management, and teaching. YOUR PACKAGE Stability: Guaranteed base salary with performance incentives.
