Registered Dietitian

Department: Clinical Services Reports To: Practice Owner / Clinical Director FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Based on billable hours ($62,500-$89,000) Job Summary Harmony Nutrition is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and self‑motivated Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our growing private practice. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with a minimum of 26 patient‑facing hours per week. About Harmony Nutrition Harmony Nutrition is a fast‑growing private practice located in Alpharetta, Georgia. The practice emphasizes fitness, wellness, and integrative and holistic approaches to nutrition and overall health. Our team works with patients managing complex medical conditions and utilizes functional testing, including micronutrient and food sensitivity testing, to develop individualized care plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide individualized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy using evidence based practice Apply the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) in all patient encounters Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Utilize functional assessment tools, such as micronutrient testing, MRT, or similar protocols, as applicable Educate patients on nutrition concepts and support sustainable behavior change Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations Effectively manage time, schedules, and documentation in a hybrid care environment Collaborate with internal team members and maintain professional relationships referring partners Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Health Science Completion of a minimum of 1,200 supervised practice hours Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Active Dietitian License in the State of Georgia Minimum of two (2) years of experience in nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, or clinical nutrition with an emphasis in eating disorders Strong understanding of the Nutrition Care Process and clinical charting standards Proficiency with virtual care platforms and Google Docs and Google Sheets Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills Up-to-date continuing education requirements Ability to provide three professional references Preferred Qualifications Additional experience supporting patients with diabetes, autoimmune disease, weight management, and/or GI related concerns Experience using functional assessment tools such as micronutrient testing, MRT, or similar protocols Passion for teaching and presenting nutrition concepts in engaging and innovative ways Work Environment and Schedule Hybrid position Required to work onsite at Alpharetta office 2 days per week (in‑person days would be Tuesday and Friday) Required to offer availability until 6 PM at least two days per week Fully remote positions are not available at this time Compliance Requirements Adherence to HIPAA and all applicable federal and state healthcare regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
