Benefits Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and documenting clinical findings Assist with pulmonary assessments, spirometry, and respiratory therapy procedures Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease management strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations Triage patient calls and coordinate follow-up care and referrals Requirements Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required) Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in pulmonology, primary care, or specialty care Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills Current CPR/BLS certification Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment About Us Lung Innovations Network is a specialized pulmonary care practice dedicated to improving the respiratory health and quality of life for patients throughout the DuBois, PA region.
