About the Role:
We are seeking licensed Respiratory Therapists to join our collaborative, team-based environment. Our extensive training program ensures confidence and success in providing top-notch patient care. This role offers autonomy in managing your workload, opportunities to make a meaningful impact, and ongoing professional development.
How You Will Contribute:
- Perform CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator setups
- Provide mask fittings for patients
- Troubleshoot respiratory equipment
- Educate patients on maintenance and cleaning of all supplies and equipment
- Demonstrate expertise in equipment operation upon request after training
What We Need From You:
- Current RCP license in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to conduct in-home and office-based patient appointments in Hyannis MA, and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable lifting medical equipment (2550 lbs.)
