About the Role

Applicants for the Associate Dean position must have a Master's degree in education or a related field, with a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience at the college level. The role demands a patient, empathetic, and adaptable individual with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work extended hours, and a commitment to meeting the business objectives of the institution. Responsibilities include providing support in faculty recruitment, conducting classroom observations, and ensuring compliance with state, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
