Senior Territory Sales Manager

*Candidate must be located in West Texas

Preferred Cities: Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene*

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):  

• Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location , high-value   retail customers.  

• Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.  

• Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.  

• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.  

• Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.  

• Ensure that   all   the customers’  needs   and expectations are met.  

• Regularly evaluate customer s’ sales   performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.  

• Perform other duties as assigned.  

Salary Range: The total estimated annual compensation, including base pay and incentives, is $ 85 ,000 - $110 ,000 .

What You’ll Need  (Qualifications) :  

• Bachelor’s degree is   preferre d.  

• 4 years of experience in sales is required.
